Life changes. Your plan should keep up.

An estate plan is written for the family you had on the day you signed it. If any of these happened since then, it’s worth a fresh look.

  • You married, divorced, or lost a spouse
  • A child or grandchild was born, or a child turned 18
  • Someone you named as guardian, trustee, or agent can no longer serve
  • You bought or sold a home, a business, or other property
  • You moved to Ohio from another state
  • A family member’s health or care needs changed
  • Your savings, insurance, or retirement accounts changed a lot
  • It has simply been a few years since you last looked

What a review looks like

We sit down together, look at what you have, and talk through what has changed. Sometimes the answer is that your plan still fits. Sometimes a document or a beneficiary needs an update. Either way, you leave knowing where things stand.

Let’s talk.
